66Security as to costs

66 Security as to costs (1) The Tribunal may order a party to a proceeding give security for the payment of costs or to give an undertaking as to the payment of other monetary amounts that may be awarded against the party. (2) The Tribunal may vary the order at any time. (3) If a person fails to comply with the order the Tribunal may make any orders it considers appropriate, including: (a) to dismiss the proceeding; or (b) costs orders. (4) The Tribunal's power under this section is in addition to, and does not limit, any power of the Tribunal under a relevant Act in relation to the giving of security or an undertaking or the imposition of costs.
