51 Effect of determination (1) If the Tribunal confirms the decision, no further review of the decision can be sought by the same person or any other person. Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2014 21 (2) If the Tribunal varies or substitutes the decision, the decision: (a) is taken to be the decision of the decision maker; and (b) unless the Tribunal orders otherwise – has effect from the time when the original decision would have had effect. (3) Despite subsection (2)(a), the varied or substituted decision is not a reviewable decision.
