50 Determination after proceeding (1) After reviewing a decision, the Tribunal must, after a proceeding in its review jurisdiction: (a) confirm the decision; or (b) vary the decision; or (c) set aside the decision and: (i) substitute its own decision; or (ii) send the matter back to the decision maker for reconsideration in accordance with any recommendations the Tribunal considers appropriate; or (d) make a different decision if permitted by the relevant Act. (2) The Tribunal may make any consequential orders the Tribunal considers appropriate. (3) The fact that a decision is made on reconsideration under subsection (1)(c)(ii) (the reconsidered decision) does not prevent the reconsidered decision from being a reviewable decision.
