5 Relationship with other Acts
(1) If there is an inconsistency between this Act and a relevant Act, the
relevant Act prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
(2) A relevant Act may modify the operation of this Act in relation to an
exercise of jurisdiction conferred by that Act.
(3) This section does not apply to section 45.
