49 Tribunal may invite decision maker to reconsider decision (1) The Tribunal may, at any time during a proceeding, invite the decision maker to reconsider the decision by a time specified. (2) The decision maker must reconsider the decision and do one of the following: (a) confirm the decision; (b) vary the decision; (c) set aside the decision and substitute a different decision. (3) The Tribunal may make any orders it considers appropriate after the decision maker has reconsidered the decision.
