37 Exceptions to what must be provided (1) A written statement must not include any protected matter. (2) If the omission of protected matter would make the statement false or misleading then, instead of providing the statement, the decision maker must inform the person who requested the statement that it is not being provided because it would be false or misleading for that reason. (3) In this section: protected matter means any information or document in relation to which there is in force a certificate under section 38.
