21 Delegation (1) Subject to subsection (2), the President may delegate any of the President's powers or functions under this Act or any other Act to a member or the Registrar.
Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2014 9 (2) The President cannot delegate the President's powers or functions under section 15(3)(c), 28(2) or (3), 58, 99A(1) or (6), 102(4), 135(1), 136(1) or (2), 139(1) or 151(1).
