140 Applications for internal review (1) A party to a proceeding in the Tribunal's original jurisdiction may apply to the Tribunal for an internal review of a decision made by the Tribunal in the proceeding. (2) Despite subsection (1), an application for an internal review cannot be made in relation to: (a) a decision of a kind excluded by the relevant Act; or (b) a decision of a kind prescribed by regulation; or Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2014 58 (c) a decision other than a final decision in the proceeding. (3) An application under subsection (1) must be: (a) accompanied by a written statement setting out the grounds on which the application is made; and (b) made in accordance with the rules.
