14 Functions of President The President has the following administrative functions: (b) to manage the business of the Tribunal, including by ensuring that the Tribunal operates efficiently and effectively and continually improves the way in which it carries out its functions; (c) to provide leadership and guidance to, and engender cohesiveness and collaboration amongst, the members and staff of the Tribunal; (d) to manage the members of the Tribunal, including by developing codes of conduct for members;
