130Representation

130 Representation (1) A party to a proceeding before the Tribunal is entitled to appear: (a) personally; or (b) by a legal practitioner; or (c) with the leave of the Tribunal and subject to the rules – by another representative. (2) Unless otherwise determined by the Tribunal, a person appearing before the Tribunal may be assisted by another person as a friend. (3) Nothing in this section authorises a person who is not a legal practitioner to act for a fee or reward in relation to a proceeding. (4) In this section: legal practitioner, see section 4 of the Legal Profession Act 2006.
