125 Member who presided over mediation may not constitute A member who presided over a mediation is disqualified from sitting as a member for the purpose of deciding the proceeding, unless the parties to the proceeding consent to the member's continued participation. Note for section 125 If the matter is not settled at mediation and the proceeding needs to continue, the President may alter the constitution of the Tribunal under section 24.
