124 Advise Tribunal of outcome
The mediator must advise the Tribunal:
(a) if the mediator is a member – if a settlement is accepted by
the member; or
(b) if the mediator is not a member – the terms of a settlement
reached between the parties; or

(c) if the mediation does not reach a settlement within a
reasonable time.
