SCHEDULE 2 - ELIGIBILITY FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE – NON-MANDATORY CRITERIA

Preference will be given to projects which meet one or both of the non-mandatory criteria:

Non-mandatory criteria	Description
The proposed Project is seeking financing from the Facility for an amount of $50 million or more.	A Project proponent may aggregate multiple pieces of infrastructure into a single Project.
2. There is an identified need for the Project.	A Project proponent may demonstrate that the Project meets an infrastructure need if it has been identified through a Commonwealth, State or Territory assessment process, pipeline, or priority list such as the Northern Australia Infrastructure Audit.
