#### 8 Time limit for making decisions to provide financial assistance (1) The Facility must not make a decision after 30 June 2026 to provide financial assistance for the development of Northern Australia economic infrastructure. (2) However, subsection (1) does not prevent the Facility from doing either of the following: (a) deciding before 30 June 2026 to provide financial assistance after that day; (b) varying the terms and conditions for financial assistance provided before or after 30 June 2026.
