#### 30 Appointment of CEO (1) The CEO is to be appointed by the Board by written instrument for a period of up to 5 years. > Note: For reappointment, see section 33AA of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901. (2) The CEO may be appointed on a full‑time or part‑time basis. (3) A member must not be appointed as the CEO.
