#### 28 Chief Executive Officer (1) There is to be a Chief Executive Officer of the Facility. (2) The CEO is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration of the Facility. (3) The CEO also has any functions conferred on the CEO by or under this Act or any other law. (4) The CEO has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of his or her functions.
