Period of Application
- This Direction applies for a period beginning on the date this Direction commences until such time as the Direction is revoked, repealed or 31 December 2010, whichever is the earlier.
Interpretation
5.1 In this Direction:
"fishing" means the commercial fishing activities that are referred to in section 4 of the Fisheries Management Act 1991
5.2 A term used in this Direction that is defined for the purposes of the Fisheries Management Act 1991 has the same meaning in this Direction as it has in that Act.
5.3 The origin of geographical coordinates used in this Direction is the World Geodetic System 1984 (WGS84).
Prohibition on fishing
6 It is directed that fishing not be engaged in the area of the Fishery described in Schedule 1 during the period of application specified in paragraph 4.
