9 Use of certain land at 2 Ernest Place, Crows Nest
(1) This clause applies to land at 2 Ernest Place, Crows Nest, being Lot 1, DP 785343.
(2) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—
(a) business premises,
(b) centre-based child care facilities,
(c) entertainment facilities,
(d) health consulting rooms,
(e) retail premises.
