sec.21 Application to amend environmental authority under the Environmental Protection Act

Sections 17 , 18 and 19 do not stop the holder of environmental authority EPML00575913, whether or not amended under section 19 , from applying to amend the environmental authority under the Environmental Protection Act , chapter 5 , part 7 . However, an amendment of the environmental authority under the Environmental Protection Act can not be made if the amendment would— amend a restricted mine path map area; or amend a condition of the environmental authority mentioned in section 17 (1) .
