84 Toll administration infringement notice

If an enforcement officer has reason to believe that a relevant agency (other than the enforcement agency) has committed an offence against section 99(1) or (3), the enforcement officer may cause an infringement notice to be served on that relevant agency.

Note

An offence against section 99(1) or (3) is an infringement offence for the purposes of the Infringements Act 2006—see paragraph (a) of the definition of infringement offence in section 3(1) of that Act.
