This Part does not apply to: (a) a success fee paid or payable under an agreement in force at any time before this section came into force in the Territory of Norfolk Island; or (b) an agreement by a person for the giving or receiving of a success fee made before this section came into force in the Territory of Norfolk Island; or (c) a success fee paid or payable for work carried out before this section came into force in the Territory of Norfolk Island.
