117A Parents and citizens association for Norfolk Island Central School
(1) This section applies to an association constituted under section 15A of the Education Act 1931 of Norfolk Island, as in force immediately before the commencement of Schedule 2 to the Norfolk Island Legislation Amendment (Public Sector Employment and Education) Ordinance 2018 of the Commonwealth. (2) The association continues in existence after that commencement as if it were a parents and citizens association constituted under subsection 115(1) of this Act. (3) The rules of the association as in force immediately before that commencement continue in force after that commencement as if they were rules approved by the Minister under subsection 117(1) of this Act.
