14L Queensland instruments
(1) A reference in this Act, an applied law or an adopted law to an instrument followed by “(Qld)” is a reference to the instrument as in force in Queensland from time to time. (2) A reference in this Act, an applied law or an adopted law to an instrument followed by “(Qld) (NI)” is a reference to the instrument as in force in the Territory of Norfolk Island from time to time in accordance with section 18A of the Norfolk Island Act.
