14K Queensland Acts
(1) A reference in this Act, an applied law or an adopted law to the short title of an Act followed by “(Qld)” is a reference to the Act as in force in Queensland from time to time. (2) A reference in this Act, an applied law or an adopted law to the short title of an Act followed by “(Qld)(NI)” is a reference to the Act as in force in the Territory of Norfolk Island from time to time. (3) A reference in this Act, an applied law or an adopted law to the short title of a Queensland Act (other than a Queensland Act the operation of which is suspended in the Territory) is taken to be a reference to the Act as in force in the Territory of Norfolk Island from time to time.
