124 Constitution of Administrative Review Tribunal for practice and conduct proceedings
(1) For practice and conduct proceedings under this Act, the Administrative Review Tribunal of Norfolk Island must be constituted by: (a) the President or Deputy President of the Tribunal; and (b) 2 other members of the Tribunal. (2) If practicable, 1 of the members should be a registered teacher or have practical teaching experience.
