#### 60M Historical offences In this Division, a reference to an offence against a law of the Territory: (a) includes a reference to an offence against a law in force in the Territory at the time the conduct constituting the offence is alleged to have occurred; and (b) includes a reference to an offence against a law mentioned in paragraph (a), even if that law has subsequently been amended or repealed.
