#### 16A Continuance of certain laws in force immediately before the interim transition time (1) Subject to this Act, all Legislative Assembly laws that were in force immediately before the interim transition time continue in force. (2) Subject to this Act, all Ordinances made under this Act that were in force immediately before the interim transition time continue in force. (3) A reference in this section to a Legislative Assembly law includes a reference to a law made under a Legislative Assembly law. (4) A reference in this section to an Ordinance made under this Act includes a reference to a law made under such an Ordinance. (5) This section has effect despite the repeal of sections 19 and 27 by the Norfolk Island Legislation Amendment Act 2015.
