44 Time period for making application for review
An application for review under section 43 must be made within 28 days of the later of—
(a) the day on which the decision is made; or
S. 44(b) amended by No. 39/2024 s. 99.
(b) if, under the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998, the applicant requests a statement of reasons for the decision, the day on which the statement of reasons is given to the applicant or the applicant is informed under section 46(5) of that Act that a statement of reasons will not be given.

45 Appointment of authorised officers
The Secretary may, by instrument, appoint as an authorised officer any employee of the Secretary, who, the Secretary is satisfied, is suitable to be so authorised.
