4 Continuation of Institute under new name
(1) The Royal New South Wales Institute for Deaf and Blind Children constituted under the Royal New South Wales Institute for Deaf and Blind Children Act 1905 is continued by this Act as a body corporate with the corporate name of “NextSense”.
(2) NextSense is the same legal entity as the legal entity continued by this Act.
