#### 5 Evidence of resolution 5 Evidence of resolution > A document purporting to be a copy of any resolution of the council authorising any sale, exchange, mortgage, lease, or other dealing, and the appointment of any person or persons to carry out and receive moneys in respect of such sale, exchange, mortgage, lease, or other dealing, certified under the hands of the Moderator of the Synod of The Uniting Church in Australia in New South Wales and two other members of the council for the time being, shall be prima facie evidence in favour of all persons purchasing, advancing moneys, leasing, or otherwise acquiring or possessing any estate or interest in the property therein referred to, and shall be conclusive evidence that such resolutions were duly passed. > > **s 5:** Am 1977 No 47, Sch 3, cl 2 (b).
