#### 13 How property to be held by the council 13 How property to be held by the council > The said council shall hold all the property at any time vested in it by virtue of this Act upon trust to carry or cause to be carried into effect the regulations hereinbefore referred to and the general objects for which the said collegiate school was founded as set forth in the said indenture of trust of the twenty-third day of October, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three, and the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto shall henceforth be freed and discharged from trusts declared by the said recited indenture of the sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and seven, registered number five hundred and three, book eight hundred and twenty-three, and such trusts are hereby revoked.
