NEW ZEALAND RE-EXPORTS (REPEAL) ACT 1977

No. 34 of 1977

An Act to repeal the New Zealand Re-exports Act 1924.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:—

Short title.

This Act may be cited as the New Zealand Re-exports (Repeal) Act 1977.

Repeal.

The New Zealand Re-exports Act 1924 and the New Zealand Re-exports Act 1947 are repealed.
