87 Sharing of information
The Secretary may share information (other than personal information) obtained or generated under this Act with: (a) the Clean Energy Regulator for the purposes of performing any of its functions; or (b) the Environment Department for the purposes of administering an Act administered by the Environment Minister; or (c) the Climate Change Department for the purposes of administering an Act administered by the Climate Change Minister; or (d) an international body of an intergovernmental character for the purposes of monitoring obligations that Australia has as a party to an international agreement that relates to climate change; or (e) any other person or body prescribed by the rules for the purposes prescribed by the rules.
