86 Publication of information

(1) The Secretary must publish the following information on the Department’s website: (a) for each person for whom there is a covered vehicle for a year beginning on or after 1 January 2025—the person’s interim emissions value for the year; (b) the name of each person who has a registry account; (c) the number of units held in each registry account; (d) such other information as is prescribed by the rules. (2) The Secretary must publish a person’s interim emissions value for a year under subsection (1) as soon as practicable after the interim reconciliation day for the year. (3) The Secretary must ensure that information published under subsection (1) is kept up to date.
