67 Evidentiary provisions
(1) The Secretary may supply a copy of or extract from the Registry certified by the Secretary to be a true copy or true extract, as the case may be.
Note: See also section 155 of the Evidence Act 1995.
(2) The Secretary may charge a fee prescribed by the rules for supplying a certified copy or extract under subsection (1). (3) A fee prescribed for the purposes of subsection (2) must not be such as to amount to taxation.
