62 Contravention of requirement in relation to registry account

(1) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person is subject to a requirement under the rules in relation to a registry account; and (b) the person engages in conduct; and (c) the conduct contravenes the requirement.

Penalty: 120 penalty units.

(2) Section 15.4 of the Criminal Code (extended geographical jurisdiction—category D) applies to an offence against subsection (1). (3) If a person is subject to a requirement under the rules in relation to a registry account, the person must not contravene the requirement.

Civil penalty for contravention of this subsection: 120 penalty units.
