32 Mass adjustment factor and reference MIRO

(1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine a number for any of the following, for type 1 or type 2 vehicles, for a particular year: (a) the mass adjustment factor; (b) the reference MIRO.

Determination generally to be made at least 6 months in advance (2) A determination under this section must: (a) commence at the start of a year; and (b) be registered on the Federal Register of Legislation at least 6 months before it commences (unless it commences on 1 January 2025).
