sec.22 Regulation–making power
The Governor in Council may, for carrying out any of the purposes of this Act for which the commission is not empowered to make regulations, make regulations and provide a penalty not exceeding $100 for any breach thereof. s 22 amd 1993 No. 31 s 10 ; 2001 No. 55 s 2 sch
