sec.97 Review of Act
The Minister must review the operation and effectiveness of this Act. The review must start no later than 3 years after the commencement of this section. The objects of the review include— deciding whether the objects of the Act remain valid; and deciding whether this Act is meeting its objects; and investigating any specific issue recommended by the Minister. The Minister must, within 6 months after finishing the review, table a report about its outcome in the Legislative Assembly. (sec.97-ssec.1) The Minister must review the operation and effectiveness of this Act. (sec.97-ssec.2) The review must start no later than 3 years after the commencement of this section.
