sec.85 Consequences if copy of order given
If, under section 83 , a person gives a copy of an order to a buyer, on the transfer day the buyer becomes, to the extent that the seller has not carried out the work required under the order, bound by the order as if— the buyer were the person; and any period mentioned in the order for carrying out the order commenced on the transfer day.
- (a) the buyer were the person; and
- (b) any period mentioned in the order for carrying out the order commenced on the transfer day.
