sec.82 Definitions for pt 7
In this part— application means an application under this chapter that has not been decided, dismissed, struck out or withdrawn. land affected by an application or order means land on which a tree the subject of an application or order is situated. order means an order under this chapter, other than an obsolete order, requiring a person to carry out work on a tree the subject of the order.
