sec.81 Entitlement to search register
A person may search the register and obtain a certified copy of the information about an order that is included in the register. No fee is payable for— searching the register; or obtaining a certified copy of information under subsection (1) . In a proceeding, a document purporting to be a certified copy of information under subsection (1) is evidence of the information. In this section— certified means certified by the principal registrar under the QCAT Act . (sec.81-ssec.1) A person may search the register and obtain a certified copy of the information about an order that is included in the register. (sec.81-ssec.2) No fee is payable for— searching the register; or obtaining a certified copy of information under subsection (1) . (sec.81-ssec.3) In a proceeding, a document purporting to be a certified copy of information under subsection (1) is evidence of the information. (sec.81-ssec.4) In this section— certified means certified by the principal registrar under the QCAT Act .

- (b) obtaining a certified copy of information under subsection (1) .
