sec.80 Records to be kept by registrar
QCAT must, within 14 days after making an order under this chapter (other than an order revoking another order), enter information about the order into the register. A regulation may prescribe information that must be entered in the register under subsection (1) . QCAT must, within 14 days after making an order that revokes another order, remove from the register the information for the other order. (sec.80-ssec.1) QCAT must, within 14 days after making an order under this chapter (other than an order revoking another order), enter information about the order into the register.
