sec.79 Register
QCAT must keep a register of orders, other than obsolete orders, made under this chapter. QCAT must keep the register in electronic form and in such a way that a search of the register for particular land will show— the existence of an order affecting the land; and the time for carrying out the order; and the person responsible for carrying out the order. For this section, land is affected by an order about a tree if, at the time the order was made, an owner or occupier of the land was a tree-keeper or neighbour for the tree. (sec.79-ssec.1) QCAT must keep a register of orders, other than obsolete orders, made under this chapter. (sec.79-ssec.2) QCAT must keep the register in electronic form and in such a way that a search of the register for particular land will show— the existence of an order affecting the land; and the time for carrying out the order; and the person responsible for carrying out the order. (sec.79-ssec.3) For this section, land is affected by an order about a tree if, at the time the order was made, an owner or occupier of the land was a tree-keeper or neighbour for the tree.
