sec.34 Representation
Without limiting the QCAT Act , section 43 , in a proceeding under this chapter an adjoining owner may be represented by a real estate agent. The QCAT Act , section 43 allows a person to be represented by someone else if the person has impaired capacity or the person has been given leave by QCAT.
