sec.17 Meaning of authorisation
Authorisation , for a dividing fence, means— the adjoining owners have agreed under this chapter about fencing work to be carried out for the dividing fence; or QCAT has ordered that fencing work be carried out for the dividing fence.
- (a) the adjoining owners have agreed under this chapter about fencing work to be carried out for the dividing fence; or
- (b) QCAT has ordered that fencing work be carried out for the dividing fence.
