3 Interpretation
In these regulations –
Act means the Neighbourhood Disputes About Plants Act 2017 ;

[Regulation 3 Amended by No. 18 of 2021, s. 300, Applied:05 Nov 2021] Registrar means the Registrar, within the meaning of the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2020 ;
Secretary means the Secretary of the Department.
