63 Spare charges for portable fire extinguishers
(1) Where a portable fire extinguisher furnished in a ship can be recharged whilst the ship is at sea, a spare charge for that extinguisher shall be furnished in the ship.
(2) Where a portable fire extinguisher furnished in a ship cannot be recharged whilst the ship is at sea, another portable fire extinguisher shall be furnished in the ship and shall be kept in the store room until such time as the first-mentioned portable fire extinguisher is discharged.
