27 Refund of fee

(1) The Minister may, in cases where, in his opinion, special circumstances warrant a remission or refund, authorize the remission or refund of the fee, or part thereof, payable in respect of a permit under regulation 25 of these regulations or in respect of a certificate of an authorized officer under regulation 26 of these regulations.
