#### 6C Incompetency and misconduct of officers For the purposes of this Act: (a) an officer is incompetent if he or she is inefficient in the performance of any of his or her duties as an officer; and (b) an officer is guilty of misconduct if he or she is guilty of careless navigation, drunkenness, tyranny, improper conduct or, without reasonable cause or excuse, failure of duty.
